| The Mecca-Forms Building System, is a metallic forming system that frames the 100% of a house: walls, ceiling, staircase, other. This means a monolithic structure can be built and, depending on the type mold to be used, you can produce up to 4 units (houses) per day, per pouring (event), with a minimum number of workers needed for the whole operation. |
The mold is an instrument that equals the most critical variables of the massive production for any item. A mold makes possible that all products can have the same shape and form, will use the same materials, labor and time.
Also, it will assure the projected results in time and cost for large developments, and at the same time will reduce the indirect costs for handling and supervision of resources at the job-site. Advantages:
