The Mecca-Forms Building Process is a lineal method, of identical events, that has production control and achieves important savings on supervision, management, production and financial costs.

This process also achieves a full monolithic house in only one day and up to 5 units per week per mold.

Following, you will be able to see in detail the construction process in a slide-show of every step to be taken.
 
 
Process:
  1. Leveling of the ground / Set up for the foundation slab forms.
  2. Marking the ground.
  3. Excavations.
  4. Assembly of the foundation slab forms, hydraulic, electric and gas installations. Reinforcement steel bars.
  5. Concrete pouring for the foundation slab.
  6. Steel wire-mesh installation for the walls.
  7. Assembly of the wall panels. Electric and hydraulic installations.
  8. Assembly of the panels for the ceiling (roof).
  9. Monolithic concrete pouring process for the walls and ceiling.
  10. Stripping of the forms.
  11. Concrete shell completed.
  12. Finishes / Stucco / Paint.
  13. House is ready.
